In the morning, Wang Xiren, Chairman of Tietuo Machinery, participated in the national flag raising and national anthem playing ceremony with all employees, witnessing this solemn moment together. In the afternoon, important domestic cooperative customers, customers from more than ten foreign countries, and supplier representatives arrived at the 20th anniversary celebration of Tietuo Machinery to sign in and visit Tietuo Machinery's asphalt mixture/regeneration equipment 5G intelligent factory, as well as the LB2000 asphalt mixture mixing equipment, mixing tank, burner and other product exhibition areas.
Each visit point in the factory workshop has arranged technical personnel to give on-site explanations, detailing the latest manufacturing processes, quality control, and 5G factory production scenarios of the factory's manufactured products.
The types and models of asphalt mixture mixing/recycling equipment are diverse. Customers have different equipment configurations and functional requirements, and the products have customized characteristics. In order to meet the needs of order delivery, Tietuo Machinery 5G Intelligent Chemical Plant adopts the latest technologies and equipment such as industrial Internet, mobile edge computing (MEC), cloud computing, welding robots, etc., with diversified data collection methods and expandable monitoring and early warning platforms, and integrates manufacturing elements such as personnel, equipment, materials, etc. into relevant background systems with the concept of lean production, effectively improving production efficiency.
