The mixing plant covers an area of about 19,600 square meters and can produce high-quality asphalt concrete (200,000 tons/year), recycled asphalt concrete (100,000 tons/year), and cement concrete of various grades (60,000 m³/year). The production and supply capacity can meet the needs of construction projects such as improvement, maintenance and repair of the surrounding highways, municipal roads and old roads in Harbin City.
